Each letter of this sentence indicates a particular schedule of the Indian constitution.

For example –

1st letter of the sentence TEARS OF OLD PM is T. T means Territory. That means the First Schedule of the Indian Constitution contains the name of States and Union Territories. Territorial Jurisdiction of states is also included in this schedule.

4th letter is R. R means Rajya Sabha. That means the fourth Schedule of Indian constitution contains the provisions in relation to the allocation of seats for States and Union Territories in the Rajya Sabha.

The 9th letter is L. L means Land reform. That means the ninth schedule of the Indian constitution
contains provisions relating to land reforms and the abolition of the zamindari system.

Note:

1st Amendment Act 1951 added the Ninth Schedule to protect the laws included in it from judicial scrutiny on the ground of violation of fundamental rights.

However, in 2007, the Supreme Court ruled that the laws included in this schedule after
April 24, 1973, are now open to judicial review.

The 10th letter is D. D means Defection. That means the tenth schedule of the Indian constitution contains provisions relating to the disqualification of the members of Parliament and State Legislatures on the ground of defection.

This schedule was added by the 52nd Amendment Act of 1985, also known as Anti-defection Law.

The 11th letter is P. P means Panchayat. That means the eleventh schedule of the Indian constitution contains the provisions that specify the powers, authority, and responsibilities of Panchayat. It has 29 matters.

This schedule was added by the 73rd Amendment Act of 1992

The 12th letter is M. M means Municipality. That means the twelfth schedule of the Indian constitution deals with the provisions that specify the powers, authority, and responsibilities of Municipalities. It has 18 matters. This schedule was added by the 74th Amendment Act of 1992.
