10) At number 10 is the Sanctuary of Truth

The Sanctuary of Truth is located in the Naklua area of Pattaya, a small way out of town on a spectacular piece of coastline with a great view. Built entirely of wood, the detail and craftsmanship that has gone into the temple is simply breathtaking. 

Ornate carvings and sculptures are based on traditional Buddhist and Hindu symbols, and the high peak of the building reaches an impressive 105 meters.

KAAN brings to the stage a world of imagination inspired by famous Thai literature and folklore. The story tells of Kaan the Thai youngster who finds himself transported to a mystical realm inhabited by dragons and fantastical beings.

The Big Buddha at Wat Khao Phra Bat temple is one of Pattaya’s most striking landmarks. Located just south of Pattaya, the enormous golden-colored statue is 18 meters high and was constructed in 1977.

The Buddha sits at the top of a grand set of shallow steps and is the focal point of the small temple situated on the top of the hill. The location provides some of the best views in Pattaya, with a panorama over practically the entire city and the scenic crescent-shaped bay.

Nong Nooch tropical garden close to Pattaya is the largest botanical garden in South East Asia. The vast gardens are set in an area of around 600 acres and have some of the most beautiful flowers in the world.

The entire area is designed like a theme park with various displays showcasing wonders, like the Stonehenge garden, the 17th-century French garden and more.

A number of orchid nurseries and tropical areas are also on display, making a fine place to take a stroll away from the crowds.

This park features amazingly detailed miniatures of important local landmarks as well as some of the best-known sights in Europe.

Cartoon Network Amazone Water Park is a fantastic attraction for all the family but it is especially popular with the younger members. Visitors can experience over 25 exhilarating rides across 10 Cartoon-Themed EntertainmentZones, plus live shows.

Surf and ride the waves in the Flow Rider attraction, scream through an 18-meter drop on one of the tallest and steepest water park rides, or spin through three darkened alien space shuttles in Alien Attack. With so much to do in this amazing water park, it makes a great day out.
